Privacy by design

PC diagnostics are local by default. File lists, browser history, cookies, processes and installed software are not sent to the server by default.

Account and billing data

For accounts and subscriptions, Smart Scan processes identity/contact details, billing profile, subscription/licence state, devices represented by privacy-preserving identifiers, invoices and security/audit events.

Rights

The customer area provides data export and account deletion request functions. Additional requests can be sent to contact@kmz-production.com.
