Smart Scan Premium subscription terms.

Purpose
These terms govern Smart Scan Premium subscriptions sold online by KMZ TECHNOLOGY. The diagnostic must remain objective in Free and Premium; payment changes entitlements, not findings.
Price, renewal and payment
The price and billing interval shown immediately before Checkout are the contractual values. A subscription renews according to the selected interval until cancellation. Payment is processed by the configured payment provider; Smart Scan does not receive raw card data.
Digital service and updates
Compatibility, included features, security updates, support and service duration are described in the offer and product documentation. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Cancellation
Customers can use the permanent online cancellation function from their existing customer area. Cancellation is acknowledged on a durable medium and the effective date is communicated.
Withdrawal
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, an online withdrawal function is available for the applicable period. Eligibility and refunds depend on the precise legal qualification and execution of the digital service.
Consumer mediation
Mediator details must be completed before LIVE consumer sales.
The corporate details are based on a Kbis dated 13 October 2016. A recent RNE/Kbis is required before LIVE sales.
